We want you to love Simplex. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund your full order — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of purchase date

  • Product does not need to be returned (keep it or gift it)

  • Applies to first-time purchases only (one refund per customer)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at [support@yourstore.com] with "Refund Request" in the subject line

  2. Include your order number and the name used for purchase

  3. Tell us why you weren't satisfied (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order may have already been processed for shipping. Contact us immediately and we'll do our best.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take longer)
