Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 (before tax). No code needed — applied automatically at checkout.

We currently ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SimplexShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive it:

Shipping Delays
Occasionally, carriers experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume. We are not responsible for carrier delays but will do our best to keep you updated.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
